PCS recently engaged with the team at First Choice Homes in Oldham to run another successful prostate cancer awareness session for this social housing provider.

Phil is seen here with Mark Gifford, CEO at First Choice Homes and Frank Rothwell, owner of Oldham Athletic at the event in March 2026. Frank also spoke at the event about his own prostate cancer journey and importance of early testing.

Led by our Chair, Phil Ormesher, with support from Susan and Eric Richardson, this session not only provided an update on the benefits of early PSA testing but also raised over £1300 for the charity for which we are extremely grateful. This will go towards funding more testing events across the North West.

We look forward to developing this relationship across the Oldham area in the future.
