As part of our community engagment and awareness, Prostate Cancer Support recently supported a testing event held at the Celestial Church in Walkden. Ian Cameron from PCS was invited to help with Esther and Jasmine from Women with Wings for this event. The testing session and information exchange was very well received by the congregation, especially important as the incidence of prostate cancer in black men is 1 in 4.
